The UMD Commission for Women encourages and supports women in the faculty, staff, and student population. Your gift to the Commission for Women makes a difference. Contributions will benefit an array of activities and events that support women to realize their full potential, encourage the advancement of women in leadership roles, preserve dignity at work, and promote equality in an institution that endorses lifelong learning.

If you would like to help the Commission further its mission please consider making a gift. You can make a gift in the following ways:

1) On-line: click here. You will be redirected to the University’s on-line giving site.
Click on University of Minnesota Duluth (1st option)
Other – Describe your fund or designation: Please type in: Commission for Women. Fund No 6538.
Click the “Give Now!” button. You will be asked to provide further information. Please follow the prompts from the site.

2) Mail your gift contribution: click here . On the bottom right hand side of the screen you will see “Resources”. Click on the link titled: “Mail-in Gift Form”. This link will take you to a form. Print the form, fill it out, and mail it to:

Remember to add “Commission for Women Fund No 6538” as your “College, department or program of your choice”.

3) Payroll deduction for UMD employees: click here. You can follow the instructions on this page to sign up for payroll deductions, the easiest way to make a gift and spread it out over an entire year. Please note that you will need to fill out a new Payroll Deduction Form every year to authorize the continuation of your contribution.
